When applying at a Passport Agency, both the application fee and the execution fee will be combined in one payment to the US Dept of State. Government expedite fee, if applicable, is also included to the US Dept of State.
When applying at an Acceptance Facility, the application fee is paid to the US Dept of State while the execution fee is paid to the facility you use. Government expedite fee, if applicable, is also paid to the US Dept of State.
